Read the first five verses of Luke 13

Luke 13:1-5

Repent or Perish

1Now there were some present at that time who told Jesus about the Galileans whose blood Pilate had mixed with their sacrifices. 2Jesus answered, “Do you think that these Galileans were worse sinners than all the other Galileans because they suffered this way? 3I tell you, no! But unless you repent, you too will all perish. 4Or those eighteen who died when the tower in Siloam fell on them—do you think they were more guilty than all the others living in Jerusalem? 5I tell you, no! But unless you repent, you too will all perish.”

The things coming upon the earth that Christ spoke of are no longer ‘coming’; they are here. Don’t ask “Why?” Read the above passage from Luke 13 and never forget it.

Don’t allow your heart to fail you for fear if you are trusting Christ for your salvation: He is able to save those He calls by name. His sheep hear His voice and will not follow another.

About tellthetruth1

The blog site is up and running. Please feel free to visit if you want to know the Lord. I treasure His Scriptures and pray you do, also. I've been a Christian since October 2009. The Lord saved me that month and has led me through many things in life. The one thing I adore Him for is bringing me the Light of Salvation and for forgiving me my wickedness.
